Baía das Gatas, located on the northeastern coast of São Vicente, is a small but unique kitesurfing spot known as the island’s only permanent flat water lagoon.
This natural swimming pool offers knee-to-waist deep, sheltered water and reliable wind, making it ideal for practicing tricks or learning new skills. Though the spot is very limited in size—two kites are enough to fill the area.
