We payed you 500€ in advanced for lessons that couldn’t been made, and we are waiting for the refund that you said you were gonna give us. We tried calling you several times but you are not picking up the phone. Last time we spoke you said that you would do the refund last Friday but still nothing came through. Now we are getting worried for our money. This is not a nice way of treating customers. Could you please reach out asap?

I’m an experienced kiter (strapless surfboard), and I plan to be in Lefkada from June 19-25.

What are your rental fees and arrangements – in other words, do you have a daily or weekly rate, or a rate for a certain number of hours of rental (say, 10)? Is there an additional charge for your “Milos Pass?” And what kind of gear to you rent (in terms of strapless surfboards and kites)? Finally, if it’s necessary for me to bring my own gear, what are typical winds/kite sizes in late June? I’m very efficient, and generally kite quite small, 6 or 7 meters, but would like to know what size kites to bring. I assume that if I do bring my own gear, I could use one of your pumps – correct?

Finally, are there waves or chop at your site, or is it completely flat water?
