Tobia Island is a small, unpopulated sandy island surrounded by the Red Sealocated, just a short boat ride (20-30 minutes) from Safaga and about 60 km from Hurghada airport. Tobia offers excellent kitesurfing conditions.
The spot features shallow, flat water with some chop, making it ideal for intermediate riders, though experts will also find it thrilling.
Protected from swell, Tobia Island guarantees calm, flat waters. The wind blows reliably between 12-40 knots, predominantly from the north (N, NNE, NE, NW, NNW), with the best conditions occurring from spring to fall.
