The spot of Sumartin is located on the coastal town of the same name in Croatia. The best months for kitesurfing are June and July, with hot air temperature and warm water temperature.
You may only launch from the kite school, which will carry a fee of 12€ and the rescue service at the spot has a fee of around 24€. You have to be mindful as the launching area is reported to be small and with barely enough space. You also have to mind the beach-goers during the summer, of course.
