Haad Nam Daeng Beach, located near Rock Garden Beach Resort in Rayong, is the best kitesurfing spot in the area during the northeast monsoon season from mid-November to mid-January.
The wind, though sometimes gusty, is strongest in the late morning around 10-11 AM and tends to weaken in the late afternoon.
The beach is wide at low tide, with clear water, a sandy bottom, and small, long waves, making it a great spot for riding.
