Located almost in the center of Constanta in Romania, you can find the WEGO Kite Spot. In this beach, that has a rocky pier dividing the water, which can have small waves or be flat depending on the wind.
The usual directions of the wind are from east to south west, and you have to be mindful of your gear when seting up, since the beach is a mix of sand and mussels. However, you can find nice carpeted areas in the WEGO school for you to set up your gear. You can also rent gear there, but only if you know how to ride.
The best time to come here is from May till October and that is actually the time the school is open.
Once you are done with your kiting, you can take advantage of the nightlife.
