Faros Skarfeias

Faros Skarfeias, often called Lighthouse, is a great spot just opposite Surf Camp Raches. You just must go around the bay to get here. The spot is quite remote and in the wilderness. The lighthouse is taken care of by the military so it's prohibited to enter the area or camp inside the fence. But it's possible to stay next to it. There is potable water which is great but no electricity or anything else.

The spot itself is very nice. For the regular thermic wind you can kite on the right side on the side-onshore wind in shallow water with a small chop. But on the left side it's side-offshore with perfect flat water for freestyle.

Because of the military building you can be visited from time to time by police or the sea patrol. So take care of the place well and don't make any mess there.
