The spot at Navene in Lake Garda can be a bit challenging for a couple of reasons, which is why it's not considered a beginner-friendly location for kitesurfing. You're going to find here a launching area that is more on the smaller size, having to maneuver your way in, you have to be vested at all times and have assisted launching as well.
On the lighter side, the spot is available throughout most of the year and you can find choppy water in the mornings, turning to flat in the afternoons.
