Good spot to take advantage of the waves of the Black Sea, although it may not be suitable for beginner kitesurfers. It is generally regarded as a better spot for windsurfing, rather than kitesurfing, but you may certainly make due with the light winds and wavy water.
During the summer months a short-sleeved wetsuit should suffice, but for the rest of the year you may need a winter suit.
